Credit Balance / Pre Pay
Hi Gary,
Is there any way you can do a credit balance for a customer?
Explanation:
Customer comes in at the beginning of the night and gives me $100. He continues to enjoy himself until we let him know that the $100 is used up or he wants to go home, after which time we refund the remaining balance.
My thoughts on implementing this:
New Table > Pre Pay or Post Pay > *
* Pre Pay > Amount Tendered > Number of Guests > Order
* Post Pay > Number of Guests > OrderPrepay orders will then subtract…

Make modifiers mandatory, select whether printed on customer receipt
I would like to have a button where the modifier can be selected as optional or mandatory. For example, the server should always include a steak temperature, and whether a burger comes with fries or salad. As is, they can ring it in without that.
Also, on my version of the app (1.7.4.5 running on Android 4.1.2) the kitchen notes don't show up at all. I can create them in the settings, and I can designate them to a menu item, but there is no option to include a kitchen note when ringing in orders.

printer bottom margin not working
Using a Bixolon STP-103II, the bottom margin simply does not print.

Hey Gary I have your paid app and I really love it but I would you to check something that I saw in split bill.
1)in the order when I make split bills and I want one of the split bills to cancel it (with void order) it deletes the whole table and make it looks like its empty but it's not. If I go in the orders option I see the split bills.only if I make a new order in the same table will show me again the split bills in the table.you understand what I mean?

Backup database
When i want to recover a new made backup database in the latest version from Google Drive i get the message it was succesfuly done. Only in real life i get the sample database and all my data is gone. Please get it fixed.

Bug In Server version apk settings in items
When i go in Server apk 1.7.4.2 settings in items and i try to import from csv file it's shows the background of items in order black despite the fact that the background and colors it's in factory settings. Only if I insert the item normally with + from settings it's shows the background white.

Enhance report
On the report, on item section, can you group the item by the category then sort by alphabet or its position on the menu?
I am sure it will make my life (probably others too) easier.

URGENT: Delivery or Takeout
Hi Gary,
There used to be a time when the kitchen docket used to print DELIVERY or TAKEOUT or Table Number.
However now, it only prints Table Number or "Ticket". Can you please change it back to printing Delivery, Takeout or Table Number. Otherwise, we have no idea in the kitchen what the order is.

the modify item its looking different when its printed
1)i have the normal paid apk version 1.7.4.2 and when i modify the item in the printer its looking different i think than before.
example: how it looks now 1Xchicken fillet
1Xricei think before it was looking different with (+ or -) and without the ''1X'' in rice and it was more inside the modify text.
because now you cant understand the difference between the modify item and the normal order.
2)also please group the non modify items together 3xcola, 3xfanta and not like 1xcola 1xcola.
