Credit Balance / Pre Pay
Hi Gary,
Is there any way you can do a credit balance for a customer?
Explanation:
Customer comes in at the beginning of the night and gives me $100. He continues to enjoy himself until we let him know that the $100 is used up or he wants to go home, after which time we refund the remaining balance.
My thoughts on implementing this:
New Table > Pre Pay or Post Pay > *
* Pre Pay > Amount Tendered > Number of Guests > Order
* Post Pay > Number of Guests > Order
Prepay orders will then subtract from the original amount tendered.
I'm sure you can think of a better way, but its a start.
