purchased manage receipt. but can not save printer setting. i have updated to new version. i can do test print and my device can locate .
Purchsed manage receipt but will not save printer settings, i have the latest version, and my device can locate the printers ip address, and can also do a test print. Do i need to purchase something else?

download database in excel
Hi need to get database in excel or csv so that all required data can be manipulated as report. e.g. customer database, monthly sale, item sale per period, trends, cash sales trend, etc.....

Need a print-server
We want to have a third tablet to take orders, manage existing printers and tablets, which app we'll need? (bought the 50€-app) do we have to buy another app? Or is it possible to add a "server" feature? Thanks!

Issue with 1.7.7.3 Update
Here are some issues we’ve encountered.
After updating to 1.7.7.3, the issue was with the cash close out. Somehow, the cash is always more than what is expected. I’ve checked the payment method and make sure each one belong to the right payment category. Is there anywhere else that has been changed?
Is there any way to not have to mandatory input both the apartment and the street as some of our customer just live in houses and no apartment is necessary but we still have to put something in there so that we can continue and that is wasting…

server apk bugs
hi gary the version 1.7.5.1 of server apk has several bugs.
when i try to restore for the first time my database it doesnt restore everything.from items until modifiers.it says in the settings server error 501.
after the first restore the server apk in windows stops to running but the apk in mobile even if its says server error code 502 it lets me enter the apk.
also inside the change log it says version 1.7.6 and some new things you add but i havent see anything like 3 more support printers,add nee order,refund order....1 vote -

would like instead of having a server for more devices to have an account (username and password) that can be entered on each device, then it will have all the orders, menu etc.

Per far si che questa app. Funzione alla grande ci deve essere la possibilita di stanpare con qualsiasi stampante esc/pos wifi di qualsiasi marca non si puo essere vincolati nella scelta delle stampanti

Delivery and Takeout to be the same
The TakeOut price for us is the same as Delivery price. How do we set this up?
At this moment in time, there are just two prices: 'in house' price and 'TakeOut price'. The 'delivery' prices just default to the 'in house' price.

Most Profitable Table
Hi Gary,
Can you please include a new report that ranks all "tables" and customers to see which table / who is spending the most. We should know, but if we have "Customer of The Month" for example, I would like to be able to show the stats behind it.

add information button
Hi Gary its just an idea of course but would be possible to add an information button in the right corner above the button of the modifier?just a circle with an i letter for information whoever waiter wants to see information or whatever information they need to add about the specific item.
You can add it in settings as option because some people of course don't want that when they are taking order.
Also can you add a minus in the left corner down so when someone wants to remove an item when takes an order doesn't have to press…5 votes -
Kitchen tickets no longer print!!
Everything was working more or less fine until I updated the app just now. Now the kitchen tickets won't print at all. The test print in settings works just fine, but when I try to

the modify item its looking different when its printed
1)i have the normal paid apk version 1.7.4.2 and when i modify the item in the printer its looking different i think than before.
example: how it looks now 1Xchicken fillet
1Xricei think before it was looking different with (+ or -) and without the ''1X'' in rice and it was more inside the modify text.
because now you cant understand the difference between the modify item and the normal order.
2)also please group the non modify items together 3xcola, 3xfanta and not like 1xcola 1xcola.
3)and if you can to put back the pay with cash option next…1 vote
