Issue with 1.7.7.3 Update
Here are some issues we’ve encountered.
After updating to 1.7.7.3, the issue was with the cash close out. Somehow, the cash is always more than what is expected. I’ve checked the payment method and make sure each one belong to the right payment category. Is there anywhere else that has been changed?
Is there any way to not have to mandatory input both the apartment and the street as some of our customer just live in houses and no apartment is necessary but we still have to put something in there so that we can continue and that is wasting time.
Is it possible to at a field for note in the delivery form that would not be printed on the receipt? We wanted to record the delivery charge for a customer so we do not have to search the map to figure out the charge.
There is some sort of bug. After we picked a customer for delivery and we have finish sending the order, but when the customer wants to add something to the order and we try to print another receipt, the customer does not appear. We have to go back to the main table interface and go back to the order and print to get the customer info back on the receipt.
Now the cash close out has no way of printing a report as the "view last close out" has been taken out. Is there any way to print the cash close out in a monthly basis?
