I have a big problem with the KDS.
I have a big problem with the KDS.
Again, an update has come only works with the demo version. Buying version users (who work with it) look back into the tube. Please make either two KDS versions, one for the demo version or the last KDS version as an APK version for download. Because otherwise the operation stands with the purchase version users. Or am I the only one of the KDS used ??
I need urgent answer ??

Receipt sort order
Hi,
I love your app. What would make it perfect for me is the receipt sort order ordered by category, item - an option to have this similar to the kitchen sort order. Is this possible. It would really help me.

Bug report: Tip guide on receipt
The new version print tip guide with 15.0% instead of 15% it used to be. I can't set font size bigger than 30, or it won't print the whole line of tip guide as it should. Please revert it back to integer.

The necessity of developing this new POS version
Dear W&O POS users
We have an idea of developing a new version of W&O POS, by which the customers can place orders by their own, and the order will be sent to the kitchen display or kitchen printer automatically. This new version has the same user interface as pervious version of POS, but it has fewer functions that the customers could only see the menu and send items. What we aimming for is to decrease the number of waiters a restaurant needs, and finally reduce your cost.
Is it neccessary to develop this new version? What functions you want…

The up coming 1.8.6 version of W&O POS will have the following new features:
1.Dine in minimum charge
Now you can select different type of minimum charge, the minimum charge per guest or per order. Also, when opening a new dine in order, you could select whether to apply the minimum charge or not.2.Member can redeem items
We enhance the gift management function, and now you can set your items on menu as a gift, which can be redeemed by member’s reward.3.Transfer tab to table

receipt printer problem
hello, everything Was working fine, until one Day, the receipt printer stoped working, the app doesn't allow us to press the receipt print function and does not print after payment, even if the test work fine (of course we bought the function)

hi gary, i messaged you on skype as well, brought a 2nd printer bluetooth, it prints very slowly. 1st printer is wifi no problems.

Hi im using this app and its great
but with a mini bluetooth printer when i print a ticket it take a lot of time, is too slow...
With another apps it print fast...

improvements for the Dutch (nederlands) translation in the payment screen

font style
Hi Gary I have the Samsung galaxy s6 and I realize that when i change the font style of my mobile it also changes the font style of the receipts. I don't know if you can do that but because a lot of mobiles doesn't have font style and it would be nice if you add it in the settings of the receipt and kitchen printer .so we can change the font style of the printers.

- thêm chức năng tự động cập nhật dữ liệu lên google drive để có thể quản lý cùng lúc nhiều cửa hàng, hoặc có thể quản lý cửa hàng từ xa.
- thêm chức năng quét mã vạch bằng camera sau, khi bán hàng.
- cải thiện tính năng import sản phẩm bằng file excel, file csv bị lỗi không import được.

Sarebbe molto utile poter stampare il rapporto su sampante per PC e potermo esportare in formato Excel, come anche gli archivi.
Sul totale da pagare dei tavoli si potrebbe inserire la funzione di divisione delle persone, ho lo scarico dal conto man mano che pagano.1 vote -

ottima applicazione c'è solo in problema con le stampanti che ti mette a disposizione l'applicazione non stampa come dovrebbe meriterebbe 5 stelle se solo non ci fosse questo problema
