  1. customer need fix

    the customer need fix in ordering. it doesn't display right the member prices. if someone wants to change customer with normal prices (without membership) the prices doesn't change.also add as member price the zero.

  2. More info about BT printer

    I can't make my BT thermal printer to work, I wonder what's the mark and model of the printer you used on the video? . Also if you could give me the parameters that you used would be great.
    I bought the full app, so printing function is enabled.

  3. KDS false Time and chrashes...

    Hello Gary ...
    i have tested the new KDS. It is a really good Tool.
    1. The Time that is show is false. It takes the Time from the first order not the Time from the Pos. When a guest ordered first a beer and after a halfe an Hour he ordered food then it shows in KDS the Order Time for the Beer.
    2. KDS is chrash all 5 minutes!. After restart it works fine ....for 5 minutes.

  4. add information button

    Hi Gary its just an idea of course but would be possible to add an information button in the right corner above the button of the modifier?just a circle with an i letter for information whoever waiter wants to see information or whatever information they need to add about the specific item. 
    You can add it in settings as option because some people of course don't want that when they are taking order. 
    Also can you add a minus in the left corner down so when someone wants to remove an item when takes an order doesn't have to press…

  5. Enhance report

    On the report, on item section, can you group the item by the category then sort by alphabet or its position on the menu?

    I am sure it will make my life (probably others too) easier.

  6. More customizable seating

    Would be nice to arrange the floor plan to match the layout of my dining room. Also, I have outdoor seating as well. It would be a good idea to be able to separate rooms or areas ie... Main dining room, deck, bar.

  11. changing table group

    hi Gary in the latest update
    a) when I change table group the screen gets black first and then it goes to the table group I want.
    b) could you please enhance the performance of the apk because I think it has become quite heavy and it takes some time to send the order
    c)also could you please put an option if we want when we take order to combine the same item with same modifier or separate it when its different because some times it combines and sometimes not and it's complicated.

    Seria bueno agregar un nombre si tener que registrar al cliente, hacerlo de forma manual, solo dar click en el espacio de nombre y poder escribirlo sin mas

  13. KDS clearing order when it is completer

    Hello, when working with one ordering system and one kds, kitchen display works perfect when the ordering device is active (screen is turned on). However, when the ordering device (mobile phone) locks it's screen the kitchen display does not update waiting time of order, does not clear order. Once the ordering device screen is activated, kitchen display updates it's waiting time and can interact with the orders.
    Can you please improve the software so kitchen display still operates as normal when ordering device screen is locked.
    On a side note it would be nice to have a new order placed…

  14. Big Problems with the act Version

    We have big Problems with the actuell Version ?
    The App chrash in undefined condition! It is Not possible to work really. ... After restart the tablet with the pos and all kds tablets IT will work shortly. .. i ned urgent help. Gary can I send you the Database? In it brings what you. Sorry about the inconvenience and thanks

  15. Latest Version on Play Store v1.7.9 always crashes on start, I can't even log in - Samsung Galaxy Tab with Android 4,2.2

    Hi, the latest Version 1.7.9 always crashes. I already uninstalled and reinstalled it. and only with the standart settings i can log in, but if i restore my data, then I can't log in.

  16. hey Gary I would like you to check something with split bill that i saw

    Hey Gary I have your paid app and I really love it but I would you to check something that I saw in split bill.
    1)in the order when I make split bills and I want one of the split bills to cancel it (with void order) it deletes the whole table and make it looks like its empty but it's not. If I go in the orders option I see the split bills.only if I make a new order in the same table will show me again the split bills in the table.you understand what I mean?

  20. are bluetooth thermal printers compatible?

    are bluetooth thermal printers compatible. Also, what printer would you recommend? I want to be able to print from my bar to my kitchen wirelessly. And how would i set it up. Thanks
