Reprints kitchen orders everytime non kitchen items are added to order
When adding to an open order that already has kitchen printer items previously added, if you add an item that is not required to print in the kitchen e.g a beer, it reprints the the previously ordered kitchens items again to the kitchen printer. The chef was a little mad, hahaha

Report hours
Even after setting opening hours in the restaurant settings report defaults to midnight each time you go to report page.

Hi Gary a couple of issues.
I have the restaurant pos the green version,
sometimes when I process a payment I can not find some of the receipt.
I set my tax (vat) at 20% and can not get the correct calculation to print on the receipt.
When I make a note for the kitchen the note does not get printed on the receipt, do I need to purchase kitchen printer?
Is it possible when taking orders to move the items up or down so if someone orders a starter last to be able to move it to the top so kitchen know what to make…

Una sola coneccion
Seria excelente tener una sola conección como lo hace la app Waiterio, me refiero a poder ingresar nombre y contraseña y solo una configuración de los inventario, items, mesas, categorias, precios, etc, y desde cualquier dispositivo sincronizado se vea lo mismo.
La app KDS solo deja ver y no es lo que buscamos muchos.
Con esto dos o mas meseros podrán hacer sus ordenes desde sus dispositivos
Y el administrador podrá ver y hacer ordenes al igual que los meseros desde su dispositivo personal
También el cajero podrá ver y hacer ordenes y ocuparse de los pagos de las ordenes…2 votes -
agreguen para que se pueda iniciar sesión desde distintos dispositivos
seria bueno que el administrador permita que el personal inicien sesión desde diferentes dispositivos

Schade war ein guter Ansatz....
Vom Ansatz her eine Super App mit viel Potential. Aber wie so oft bei Apps, irgendwann stirbt das ganze. Die App läuft nicht rund und ist im normalen Betrieb nicht einzusetzen. Irgendwann hört der Support auf wie hier auch. Der nächste Schritt wird sein, dass die App aus dem Store ganz still verschwindet. Dies habe ich bei vielen Apps schon mit gemacht. Wenn erst mal bezahlt ist kommt nichts mehr. Ich verstehe esd einfach nicht warum hier nicht mal wenigstens eine Stellungsnahme von Seiten der Entwickler kommt.

Can you print a report of each transaction made for the day?
Can I export daily transactions to back office software?

Hi Gary I updated into 1.7.7.7 and it prints different than the previous version 1.7.7.3.
I updated in new version and it prints different.
1)is there a way so the items won't separate by category when it prints with line?put that as an option for whoever wants or let us choose which category we want to be separate with line when it prints. Can you make it also to choose the type of line (bold,thin,continuous)prefer to be printed ?
2)also please make the space between the items when it prints like in version 1.7.7.3. Because in the new version there are very close and it was much better before.i don't know if you can make…2 votes -
Issue with 1.7.7.3 Update
Here are some issues we’ve encountered.
After updating to 1.7.7.3, the issue was with the cash close out. Somehow, the cash is always more than what is expected. I’ve checked the payment method and make sure each one belong to the right payment category. Is there anywhere else that has been changed?
Is there any way to not have to mandatory input both the apartment and the street as some of our customer just live in houses and no apartment is necessary but we still have to put something in there so that we can continue and that is wasting…

Delivery and Takeout to be the same
The TakeOut price for us is the same as Delivery price. How do we set this up?
At this moment in time, there are just two prices: 'in house' price and 'TakeOut price'. The 'delivery' prices just default to the 'in house' price.

hi. i am lookng at getting the full version.
there are things i need. firstlyi need it to print table number. delivery take out or collection so we know what to do with the food.
on delivery i need post code as the delivery driver will need this.
when placing orders. starters. mains desserts drinks etc. i need the items within each category listed together so we know what food comes out with what.
i would also need to have multiple tablets ordering and printing at same time.
i would also need the order printing in the salad and stater…

Make modifiers mandatory, select whether printed on customer receipt
I would like to have a button where the modifier can be selected as optional or mandatory. For example, the server should always include a steak temperature, and whether a burger comes with fries or salad. As is, they can ring it in without that.
Also, on my version of the app (1.7.4.5 running on Android 4.1.2) the kitchen notes don't show up at all. I can create them in the settings, and I can designate them to a menu item, but there is no option to include a kitchen note when ringing in orders.
