  1. Qty button missing since update

    Hi,
    I've been using this software for some time now. Im really happy with it. We used to track our stock with the qty button in the menu Items. But sunce the last update the button has disappeared. It still keeps track of the old qty items before the update but im nog abke to add new stock quantities.
    Any help would be great.

    Avevo chiesto gentilmente di mettere un orologio ma no per vedere che ora è ma per poter scegliere l'ora di consegna più di 2 mesi fa ad oggi niente ancora ti ringrazio Gary

  3. Report button doesn't show up on Samsung J1

    You can scroll down the item checkboxes until Inventory, but then no button for generating the report appears. I imagine it's something to do with the screen resolution?

  4. Big Problems with the act Version

    We have big Problems with the actuell Version ?
    The App chrash in undefined condition! It is Not possible to work really. ... After restart the tablet with the pos and all kds tablets IT will work shortly. .. i ned urgent help. Gary can I send you the Database? In it brings what you. Sorry about the inconvenience and thanks

  6. conection of printer via VPN

    Our central kitchen is in a separate building. We have a VPN connection between the buildings, but of course the connected Networks have different IP-adresses. IT would be great to have the possibility to connect the kitchen printer with its different IP to the ordering Restaurant connected by VPN.

  8. Latest Version on Play Store v1.7.9 always crashes on start, I can't even log in - Samsung Galaxy Tab with Android 4,2.2

    Hi, the latest Version 1.7.9 always crashes. I already uninstalled and reinstalled it. and only with the standart settings i can log in, but if i restore my data, then I can't log in.

  9. KDS false Time and chrashes...

    Hello Gary ...
    i have tested the new KDS. It is a really good Tool.
    1. The Time that is show is false. It takes the Time from the first order not the Time from the Pos. When a guest ordered first a beer and after a halfe an Hour he ordered food then it shows in KDS the Order Time for the Beer.
    2. KDS is chrash all 5 minutes!. After restart it works fine ....for 5 minutes.

  11. Can you print a report of each transaction made for the day?

    Can I export daily transactions to back office software?
    Also can I make a report for transactions/items sold for each hour throughout the day?

  18. purchased manage receipt. but can not save printer setting. i have updated to new version. i can do test print and my device can locate .
