Price schedule and member price clashes
Let's say a standard drink costs $25. So we have happy hour price scheduling that makes a drink half price i.e $12.50 which takes effect from 5pm - 7pm. We also have member pricing that gives 10% off the full price at any given hour. What happens is the member price takes precedence over the happy hour price schedule making it more expensive than it really should be. Sounds like a complicated fix :-)

Receipt prints total as zero
When clicking print receipt from the "ordered" screen total sums as zero. All ok if printing from the pay screen.

bigger table number and guests numbers
hi Gary can you please make the table number and the guest number in kitchen printer bigger in the next update?because it's the most important after the items in the ordering and they have to look different(bigger I mean)to stand out from the others.

Add customer name to table and orders page
I know you can do this in Tab however would it be possible to see the customers name on the tables page, perhaps in the opposite corner of where the waiter´s name is and/or in the orders page. The problem is waiters sometimes double up an order because someone has added that customer to a tab after a table order was made because they didn´t see that that customer was assigned to a table instead of tab. Does that make sense??

Report hours
Even after setting opening hours in the restaurant settings report defaults to midnight each time you go to report page.

bugs and suggestions
Hi Gary I found some bugs and I have some suggestions for the app to make.
1)if you insert the customer from the beginning of the order the member prices don't change.only if you press it after you insert the items.
2)if you insert a customer in an order and you want to make a new order to the same table it keeps the old customer.its better to be clear the new order without customers
3)in the new categorie item style when you choose category and want to insert item if you scroll down the app crashes all the time. …5 votes -
Restore database doesn't work
Hi, i just try backup and restore database. When I try to backup database to Google Drive it is work normally. But, when I try to restore database from its backup from Google Drive to another device (in case of the tablet is missing/stolen), the message tell me database was successfully restored. But, when I check the file, nothing change! It just show me nothing happened with the restored database. Please fix it as soon as possible! Thanks.

Inventory Managment
In settings, you actually have to disable inventory managment for it to work. When you enable it, it doesn't work.

The call of a table or the change of a table category always takes longer. Sometimes up to half a minute. Can not it be a little faster?

customer need fix
the customer need fix in ordering. it doesn't display right the member prices. if someone wants to change customer with normal prices (without membership) the prices doesn't change.also add as member price the zero.

Hi Gary a couple of issues.
I have the restaurant pos the green version,
sometimes when I process a payment I can not find some of the receipt.
I set my tax (vat) at 20% and can not get the correct calculation to print on the receipt.
When I make a note for the kitchen the note does not get printed on the receipt, do I need to purchase kitchen printer?
Is it possible when taking orders to move the items up or down so if someone orders a starter last to be able to move it to the top so kitchen know what to make…

The time display in the KDS should be urgently revised.
It should show the ORDERING time of the first article and not the opening of the table
