Bug report: Tip guide on receipt
The new version print tip guide with 15.0% instead of 15% it used to be. I can't set font size bigger than 30, or it won't print the whole line of tip guide as it should. Please revert it back to integer.

The necessity of developing this new POS version
Dear W&O POS users
We have an idea of developing a new version of W&O POS, by which the customers can place orders by their own, and the order will be sent to the kitchen display or kitchen printer automatically. This new version has the same user interface as pervious version of POS, but it has fewer functions that the customers could only see the menu and send items. What we aimming for is to decrease the number of waiters a restaurant needs, and finally reduce your cost.
Is it neccessary to develop this new version? What functions you want…

The up coming 1.8.6 version of W&O POS will have the following new features:
1.Dine in minimum charge
Now you can select different type of minimum charge, the minimum charge per guest or per order. Also, when opening a new dine in order, you could select whether to apply the minimum charge or not.2.Member can redeem items
We enhance the gift management function, and now you can set your items on menu as a gift, which can be redeemed by member’s reward.3.Transfer tab to table

receipt printer problem
hello, everything Was working fine, until one Day, the receipt printer stoped working, the app doesn't allow us to press the receipt print function and does not print after payment, even if the test work fine (of course we bought the function)

hi gary, i messaged you on skype as well, brought a 2nd printer bluetooth, it prints very slowly. 1st printer is wifi no problems.

Hi im using this app and its great
but with a mini bluetooth printer when i print a ticket it take a lot of time, is too slow...
With another apps it print fast...

Modifier Recipe Data Lost???
Several times the saved data that is put into this section is being deleted when going out and coming back into this menu. Please fix this a.s.a.p as its a critical section of the software for me.

voucher as payment method
Is it possible in the app to create a "fixed-value voucher" as payment method.
We distribute €1.80 vouchers. People can use these vouchers (as many as they like) to pay, but no change is given when the total voucher value exceeds the bill amount.
For example, Bill = €5.00
- customer can pay with 3 vouchers (total value €5.40), no change is given.
- customer can pay with 2 vouchers (total value €3.60) + any amount in cash, then change is given.6 votes -

E più di un anno che ho chiesto di mettere un orologio per poter gestire le consegne ancora aspetto , ho mandato mandato anche una foto per far capire di cosa abevo bisogno e dopo un anno ancora niente non mi resta di cambiare programma

Optimizing Report System, Modifier System & PC Based POS
REPORT SYSTEM :
On CSV file format, it would be a good idea if you can show ALL components & product items (...even it not sold that day) in fixed cell position (sort by category & alphabetically), so after saved into Drive/Dropbox/etc. then a Windows based accounting software can retract daily sales data more easily into their chart of account (COA).
Uploading Sales Report into Drive/Dropbox/etc. can be done without opening those apps (cause I put it on locked & need a pin to open). So I think W&O POS could asked 1 time permission to those cloud apps, limited…

font style
Hi Gary I have the Samsung galaxy s6 and I realize that when i change the font style of my mobile it also changes the font style of the receipts. I don't know if you can do that but because a lot of mobiles doesn't have font style and it would be nice if you add it in the settings of the receipt and kitchen printer .so we can change the font style of the printers.

Multiple Locations
Hi Gary
Your app is great and i am looking for the possibility to add multiple locations. I having multiple stores in different cities. Is there any way i can get reports from my stores to my cloud server. It will help me to see the real time sales without calling the stores. Please considering adding this feature in new update.

- thêm chức năng tự động cập nhật dữ liệu lên google drive để có thể quản lý cùng lúc nhiều cửa hàng, hoặc có thể quản lý cửa hàng từ xa.
- thêm chức năng quét mã vạch bằng camera sau, khi bán hàng.
- cải thiện tính năng import sản phẩm bằng file excel, file csv bị lỗi không import được.

Receipt Printer Reviews
Would be nice to see people's comments on the receipt printers they are using and how well they are working with the app. There's A LOT out there now but very few a "verified" by Gary. I'm sure there must be lots more models that are working out there??

customer print total transaction payment
hi gary how are you?
1)i wanted to ask if you can add in the customer transactios a printing option so you can print the total amount of the customer of the specifics days you want because now you can print only one order the time
or
add a report for the specific client you want to print his total amount.
but its better if you do that to show in the printing by day so the customer will know by date what he has order.
