Is there a way to remove old data from the database.
Is there a way to remove old data from the database. Our system is getting slower! Just opening a table lasts forever? On the same tablet with little data the system is really fast.

Memeber pricing
Latest version has no option for member pricing for each cliente. It used to have a drop down menu as the last option when editing or creating a new cliente. Now it has nothing however it has kept the existing member pricing..........

Line that can separate starters from main course
Hi Gary I would like you to put in the app a line that can separate the starters from the main course. No the category line. This is different. Because many of us have many categories in the items I want to separate with a line which food can go first and which one for main. Put it as an option in the settings. But this one must be when the waiter takes the order to put it wherever he prefers so he can separate the first with the main. Thank you

W&O Retail POS Local Server
When will you be having a version of "W&O Retail POS Local Server"? (Im not using the Restaurant POS, because im running a Pharmacy) Im in need of a Local Server for your "Retail POS" application, i am running multiple device to take orders from customers and im having a hard time catching up with my inventory because its not synchronize with a local server...it is really messy, i cant tell if my stocks need to be refill or im out of it, and its a waste of time and money...Please Help...I REALLY NEED A LOCAL SERVER. Thanks!

Please stop charging for existing features
Once again you have started charging for a feature we already had, in this case doing a Corporate Report. We have had this feature since we have been using it, and you now want to charge us another $21 for it. This is unethical business practice, and should not be done.
I love you software, and I am prepared to pay for new features, such as the Customer Display which we are still waiting for! But please stop charging for existing features.

please put a red indicator when an order doesnt go to the printer or it fails to go there, so we can check. is very important because there is no other way to know.

Cant print receipt
My kitchen and bar printer work perfectly but when I try to print a receipt it it tells me to log into my Google account, even though I am logged in!

Transfer or Combine Items or Tables the Modifier and Prices gone....
Moving items to another table does not move modifiers and their prices. No matter whether individual items are moved or whole tables !!

Same coustomer name
In the delivery function. We only ask the name of the client and not the last name for legal issues in my country, which means that there are several clients with the same name but different telephone number, eg Maria, Mariaa, Mariaaa. They could solve it so that you can put the same client name and just list it by your phone number

Bug on split accounts

I have a big problem, when I split an account and assign it to a client the prices and totals of the account are made zero (0).

Please add the option of print invoice number on receipt.
Current implementation of invoice number and order number are really confusing for multiple tickets on a same table. Please revert back to use different order number instead of different invoice but same order number. Order number are used to count daily tickets, that's why it needs to be reset daily. I really don't understand the need of invoice number in restaurant POS system.
