I can't make my BT thermal printer to work, I wonder what's the mark and model of the printer you used on the video? . Also if you could give me the parameters that you used would be great.
I bought the full app, so printing function is enabled.

When ordering and press send the order flips onto ordered but is still in ordering. Now you need to confirm every time you go back to table.
Also in settings, category line check box doesn't work.

Schade war ein guter Ansatz....
Vom Ansatz her eine Super App mit viel Potential. Aber wie so oft bei Apps, irgendwann stirbt das ganze. Die App läuft nicht rund und ist im normalen Betrieb nicht einzusetzen. Irgendwann hört der Support auf wie hier auch. Der nächste Schritt wird sein, dass die App aus dem Store ganz still verschwindet. Dies habe ich bei vielen Apps schon mit gemacht. Wenn erst mal bezahlt ist kommt nichts mehr. Ich verstehe esd einfach nicht warum hier nicht mal wenigstens eine Stellungsnahme von Seiten der Entwickler kommt.

Sincronizar varios dispositivos
Pongan para poder sincronizar mas facil varios dispositivos bajo la misma red wifi un claro ejemplo es como lo hace Waiterio que deja sincronizar varios usuarios por medio de la cuenta de Google y quedaría perfecto para trabajar mejor. También sería bueno que agregen una pagina web donde uno ingrese con nombre y contraseña y se pueda ver desde cualquier tipo de pc para poder trabajar normalmente como en un dispositivo android

Big Problems with the act Version
We have big Problems with the actuell Version ?
The App chrash in undefined condition! It is Not possible to work really. ... After restart the tablet with the pos and all kds tablets IT will work shortly. .. i ned urgent help. Gary can I send you the Database? In it brings what you. Sorry about the inconvenience and thanks

KDS clearing order when it is completer
Hello, when working with one ordering system and one kds, kitchen display works perfect when the ordering device is active (screen is turned on). However, when the ordering device (mobile phone) locks it's screen the kitchen display does not update waiting time of order, does not clear order. Once the ordering device screen is activated, kitchen display updates it's waiting time and can interact with the orders.
Can you please improve the software so kitchen display still operates as normal when ordering device screen is locked.
On a side note it would be nice to have a new order placed…4 votesPlease try new version and give comments

KDS false Time and chrashes...

i have tested the new KDS. It is a really good Tool.
1. The Time that is show is false. It takes the Time from the first order not the Time from the Pos. When a guest ordered first a beer and after a halfe an Hour he ordered food then it shows in KDS the Order Time for the Beer.
2. KDS is chrash all 5 minutes!. After restart it works fine ....for 5 minutes.

It's not possible to scroll the categories anymore...
it was perfect to scroll the categories on small screens. As we have many categories I now can see only one row of Articles in the category and it takes a lot of time.... Can you change that again so i can choose to scroll or not (for version 1.7.9.3. and Android 4.4.2.)

Can't cut or open the drawer with my TM-T88V in bluetooth
Some research seam to say the ESC command are not the good one (?) but I can't try other ESC cmds, the PoS Restaurant doesn't keep them after saving the printer. (printing option buy & activated)
